Speaker: Kyle Robinson
“What do you do best?”
This simple question is challenging for most people to answer. Yet, lasting contributions only come from our gifts and strengths. The best way to help people thrive is to help them discover what they do best. This seminar will explore how our deficit remediation culture stunts strengths development and how we can best help our kids thrive by discovering, developing, and deploying their strengths.
