Through our program, we offer partial rent relief to help you stay in your home. But we don’t stop there — we also provide personalized support through our Family Partners and Financial Coaches. Together, we’ll help you strengthen budgeting skills and take positive steps forward.

Our team takes the time to get to know you, listen to your story and evaluate your unique situation with care and respect. If you qualify, we’ll work closely with you to create a plan that supports both your immediate needs and your long-term goals.

You may be eligible if:

• Your family is at risk of losing housing
• You’re a current resident in Eden Prairie, Edina, Richfield, Bloomington, Hopkins or Minnetonka, Minnesota, with school-aged children enrolled in school.
• You’re willing to meet regularly in person with a Family Partner and Financial Coach.
• Applications are open to individuals of all income levels.
