About the presenter:
Adam Erwin spent six years booking flights to anywhere, just so he could interview the passenger next to him on the plane. After conducting 33 interviews (where 14 people cried on his shoulder during the conversation), Adam wrote Lessons From Coach: Restoring Empathy, Curiosity, and Being Present One Flight at a Time. He works with organizations to help restore meaningful connections with clients, increase teamwork and cohesion in the workplace, and equip managers of a younger workforce with strategies to raise the communication abilities of their staff.
